Our approach to food quality at the Chocolate Factory is simple: fresh, local ingredients, prepared to the customer’s order and served without delay. We bake our sub rolls and croissants in small batches all day long, so no matter when you arrive your bread will be just out of the oven. Deli meats come from area suppliers who slice them to our specifications. We shop the produce markets for fresh lettuce, tomatoes and onions. The mayonnaise that’s dressing your sandwich is our own family recipe, which we mix in small quantities to keep fresh. And our ice cream scoops the competition. Rich, creamy, it’s the product of both art and science and does the Dairy State proud.
